You are responsible for reading the Terms and the website's Privacy Policy ("Privacy Policy") carefully and agreeing to them each time you use the website. Your continued use of the website signifies your acceptance of compliance with the latest version of the Terms. If you do not agree (or cannot comply) with the Terms, do not use this website.

If you decide to register on the website, you must carefully read and accept these Terms at the time of registration. You will be notified of any changes to the Terms to accept the Amended Terms before you can proceed to make a purchase from the website.

User Behavior and Content:

You agree that any User Content you post on the website will not violate the Terms or any third party's rights, including but not limited to, copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, or other personal rights or property rights, and will not cause harm to any person or entity. You also agree that any User Content you post on the website will not be considered or implied as defamation, libel, threats, abuse, or offensive material and will not contain computer viruses, political campaigns, commercial solicitations, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of "spam."

You agree not to use a fake email address, impersonate any person or entity, or engage in any other deception regarding the original source of any User Content, and agree to indemnify Al Sheyokh Original coffee  against any claims arising from any User Content you submit, and Al Sheyokh Original coffee assumes no responsibility or obligation for any User Content you or others submit.

Your registration or order submission (as a guest) is completed upon your acceptance of the Terms, and the Terms apply each time you place an order for any product from the website.

In the case of registration and account creation, you become a "Registered User," and to become a Registered User or to place an order for any product from the website as a guest, you must be 21 years of age or older, provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself (including name, email address, credit card information, and other details) as required during the account creation process or when submitting an order as a guest. If you are under 21 years of age, you may only use this website under the supervision of one of your parents or legal guardians who agree to comply with these Terms on your behalf. If you are a parent or legal guardian agreeing to these Terms on behalf of a person under the age of 21, you are fully responsible for their use of this website, including financial expenses and legal responsibilities. Al Sheyokh Original coffee reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, cancel orders, or cancel purchases at its sole discretion.

By registering on the website and using it, you guarantee that the information you provided during the registration process or when submitting an order as a guest is true, accurate, current, and complete in all respects, undertake to update this information, and agree to handle it in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and restricting the use of your personal computer, electronic device, or any other mobile or wireless device, and agree to bear responsibility for all activities that occur under your account and password. Al Sheyokh Original coffee has no responsibility to any person for any loss or damage that may result from your failure to protect your password or account. If Al Sheyokh Original coffee  determines for any reason that there may be a breach of security or misuse of the website, we may then require you to change your password or suspend your account without any liability for that.

Services, Purchase Orders, Pricing, and Payment:

The services include:

(a) Providing you access to the website to purchase any products, (b) Securing an experienced logistics company to collect and transport purchased products and deliver them to you ("Logistics Service Provider"), (c) Customer support for Al Sheyokh Original coffee, enabling you to communicate with them via the customer service phone number 0505550819 or email [email protected] to ask any questions regarding the product(s) you purchased.

You agree to pay the full amount due for the product upon placing the purchase order, including the shipping costs incurred for this purchase order. All prices are in Saudi Riyals.

Al Sheyokh Original coffee will not accept your purchase order for products if: (a) The product(s) are out of stock. (b) Al Sheyokh Original coffee has not obtained payment authorization from you. (c) Shipping restrictions apply to a specific product. (d) There is an error with a product or price. (e) For any other reason at the sole discretion of Al Sheyokh Original coffee. Al Sheyokh Original coffee will notify you in any of these cases of its decision not to accept your purchase order, will not proceed with the payment process, and will not be liable to you or any third party due to our decision to refuse to proceed with the purchase order or cancel or suspend any transaction after starting the order process.

Errors in transmission may cause the purchase process to fail, and you agree to cooperate with Al Sheyokh Original coffee to resolve these issues, and agree that Al Sheyokh Original coffee has full authority to make the appropriate decision in such cases.

All payments made by credit/debit cards are subject to verification by the issuer. If the issuer refuses to authorize payment, Al Sheyokh Original coffee will cancel your purchase order and contact you to find an alternative payment method. Al Sheyokh Original coffee is not responsible if this results in delayed shipment of your goods/products.

All information regarding billing and registration must be correct and accurate, and providing any false or inaccurate information constitutes a breach of these Terms. When confirming your purchase order at the end of the process, you agree to accept the requested product(s) and pay for them.

Some purchase orders may constitute improper use of the website and its services, and My Mart Limited reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any purchase order for any reason. My Mart Limited may, at its sole discretion, suspend your account or cancel it for any reason.

If an incorrect price is listed for a product due to a pricing error, Al Sheyokh Original coffee may, in its sole discretion, refuse or cancel any purchase order submitted for that product. In case of a pricing error, Al Sheyokh Original coffee may, at the discretion of My Mart Limited, either contact you for instructions or cancel your purchase order and notify you of this cancellation.

Al Sheyokh Original coffee will make reasonable efforts to offer attractive prices on the website and at its branches, and reserves the absolute right to limit your quantity of items purchased...
