Processing customer orders typically takes between 12-24 hours from the date of order receipt.
Delivery Times within Riyadh:
According to shipping company policies, deliveries are made to the doorstep on the street, not inside buildings or floors.
Orders within Riyadh are delivered from Saturday to Thursday, between 8 PM to 12 AM.
After order processing and pickup by the delivery company, delivery may take 24-48 working hours.
Shipping and Delivery Times to Other Cities in the Kingdom:
According to the shipping company's policies, deliveries outside Riyadh to major cities take 3-5 working days from the shipping company's receipt of the shipment.
Delivery to villages outside major cities and remote areas may take 4-7 working days after the order is ready and picked up by the shipping company.
In some remote areas, customers may need to collect their orders from the nearest delivery point managed by the shipping company.
For cash on delivery orders, a WhatsApp message or call will be sent to the customer to confirm the order before shipping. The shipping period is calculated from the customer's confirmation time.
Original Coffee Shop has no administrative relationship with shipping companies, therefore we do not bear responsibility for delivery times or delays.
The customer is responsible for providing the correct address and contact number. (We are not responsible for non-receipt of shipments due to customer data errors.)
The customer has the right to demand from Original Coffee Shop the order number, tracking number, and all information that facilitates tracking their order status. Original Coffee Shop commits to providing access to this information through the customer's account on our store.
If you do not receive a message or email with the information, please contact us to obtain the tracking number.
It is essential to respond to calls from the delivery representative so that they can coordinate with you for the delivery appointment.
Note: Orders placed on Fridays, official holidays, or public holidays may be delayed due to shipping limitations during weekends or holidays.
Pickup from Branch:
Don't want to wait for delivery? Simply order from our website and select the "Pickup from Branch" option. We will prepare your order for pickup at the branch and communicate with you via email or SMS notifications when the order is ready for pickup.
This service is available to our customers in Riyadh.
Booking and pickup rules are as follows:
